This isn't your standard, relaxed crossword puzzle where you can sit and ponder for ten minutes over a cup of coffee. Instead, you're guiding a little worm through a literal wall of letters that is constantly trying to push you off the screen. It’s a frantic, surprisingly tense blend of a word builder and an endless runner. You aren't just finding words because it’s fun; you’re clearing a path to survive. The game uses a massive dictionary of over 84,000 words, so as long as it’s legitimate English, you can probably use it to dig your way out of trouble.

How to Play

The goal is simple: get your worm to the finish line. However, the screen is in a constant state of slow-motion scrolling, threatening to nudge your worm off the top edge. If you get pushed off-screen, it’s game over. To keep moving, you need to select adjacent letters to form words of at least three letters or more.

When you successfully submit a word, those blocks vanish, the worm crawls into the newly cleared space, and the physics shift. Here’s the "pro tip" for staying alive: length matters. While three-letter words are great for a quick fix, longer words actually rewind the screen scroll slightly. It buys you those precious extra seconds of breathing room when the letters start stacking up too high. You win the level by reaching the finish flag or safely navigating the worm off the bottom of the screen.

Controls

The interface is snappy, which is necessary when the screen is moving. Whether you’re on a mouse or a touchscreen, the response is immediate.

On Desktop:

• Select/Deselect: Left Click (or hit the Z key).
• Delete Last Letter: Right Click (or hit the X key) if you make a typo.
• Submit: Click directly on the constructed word to clear the blocks.

On Touch Devices:

• Select: Tap a letter to add it to your string.
• Deselect: Tap the same letter again to remove it.
• Submit: Tap the completed word at the bottom to send the worm forward.
